Delivery Information

We are happy to ship our products to all corners of the Czech Republic directly from our office in the center of Ústí nad Labem. While we understand that shipping costs may seem high, we hope the fast and secure delivery of your items is worth it!

Orders are typically packed and shipped from our Ústí office within 2–3 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification when the order is shipped (or ready for pickup).

During peak periods such as holidays and promotional events, packing and shipping may take longer. Delivery time also varies depending on the destination address. We appreciate and thank you in advance for your patience.

Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at casaalmeida.cz, you are entitled to an exchange within a reasonable time.

To initiate the process, please follow the return procedure (under the “Return of Goods” section) and contact us at info@casaalmeida.cz to arrange the exchange. Please have your order number ready (even if it was a gift).

Once we receive the returned item, we can either issue casaalmeida.cz store credit or send a replacement item of equal value. While we do not reimburse the cost of items returned to us, we do cover the cost of shipping exchanged items back to you.*

• Please note: you return goods at your own risk. Items returned damaged will not be exchanged or refunded. Please pack everything carefully. Nothing should move or touch inside the box.
