Returns and Complaints

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery at your own expense.

If the returned product has been used, a specific evaluation of its actual value must be conducted to determine if it can be resold. Any reduction in value may be deducted from the refund. We do not accept returns of broken or damaged items – please pack carefully. Nothing should move or touch inside the box.

CRACKLING – refers to fine cracks or a network of cracks in paint and ceramic glazes. Crackling occurs as a result of the complete hardening of the binders in the paint, which then lose their flexibility and adaptability to environmental changes.

(Crackling in ceramics is not grounds for a complaint.)

When sending goods back, please include a note with the order number (found in your order confirmation), your email address, and whether you prefer a refund or store credit at potyugalskysvet.cz. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

Label the package and all shipping forms clearly as “Return / Refund”.

Please note that returns are at your own risk. No credit or replacement will be issued for items returned damaged or unsellable.

Packages marked as “Undeliverable” / “Address Not Found” / “Return to Sender” etc.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
